We are hiring a full-time Instagram DM Appointment Setter whose only job is to start conversations, qualify leads, and book calls with fitness coaching prospects who are ready for real change.

Calls are where conversions happen. DMs are the bridge.

What You’ll Be Doing Daily

Responding to inbound Instagram DMs quickly

Messaging new followers within minutes

Starting short, human conversations

Identifying lead temperature (cold, warm, hot)

Asking qualifying questions about goals and struggles

Booking intro calls for qualified leads only

Logging every lead in the CRM (GoHighLevel)

Setting follow-up dates and executing them daily

Submitting end-of-day KPI reports

This is a numbers game, and we treat it like one.

Schedule & Availability

Full-time

8am–4pm Pacific Standard Time

Monday–Friday

Weekend availability is a bonus

Fast response time during shifts is required

Compensation

Base pay + commission

$800+/month potential and growing

Strong performance = higher earnings

Consistency is rewarded more than talent

Experience with Instagram DMs and GoHighLevel is a plus, but discipline and follow-through matter more than years of experience.
