We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Consultant to support our internal marketing efforts. This role will start on a project basis, with the opportunity to grow into ongoing part-time or full-time work for the right person.

Role Overview
As our Google Ads Consultant, you will be responsible for auditing, optimizing, and creating Google Ads campaigns across our internal brands. You will work closely with our marketing team to improve performance, reduce wasted spend, and scale what is working.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, testing and iterating, and providing clear recommendations backed by results. While Google Ads is the primary focus, you will also review and provide insights on our
If all goes well, there may also be opportunities to help strategize and provide guidance on select client Google Ads accounts. This would be a strategic role focused on high-level recommendations, performance insights, and optimization direction.
Responsibilities
Audit existing Google Ads accounts for Resmark, ResmarkWeb, and WaiverSign
Optimize active campaigns to improve performance, efficiency, and ROI
Build and launch new Google Ads campaigns aligned with brand goals
Conduct keyword research and intent analysis for B2B and SaaS-style campaigns
Write and test ad copy variations to improve CTR and conversions
Monitor performance metrics and provide clear insights and recommendations
Review
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign strategy and priorities
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
- Proven experience managing and optimizing real ad accounts
- Strong understanding of lead generation and B2B campaign strategy
- Comfortable analyzing data and making performance-driven decisions
- Clear communication skills and ability to explain strategy simply

Availability: 5–10 hours per week to start
Pay: $8–$10 USD/hour (depending on experience)
