JOB OVERVIEW

About Us

We are a growing U.S.-based fire alarm and security systems company serving residential and small commercial clients. We run paid ads to generate high-quality inbound leads and are looking for a skilled Marketing VA to manage, optimize, and scale our advertising efforts.

This is a hands-on role, not a beginner position.

Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
- Manage Google Ads (search campaigns; Local Services Ads is a plus)
- Write ad copy focused on lead generation
- Create or coordinate ad creatives using Canva
- Monitor daily ad spend and performance
- Track leads, CPL, and conversions in Google Sheets / CRM
- Provide weekly performance reports
- Test new audiences, creatives, and offers
- Coordinate with management via Slack

Requirements (Please Do NOT Apply If You Don’t Meet These)
- Proven experience managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- Experience with local service businesses
- Strong English writing skills
- Ability to analyze ad performance and optimize campaigns
- Familiar with lead tracking and reporting
- Reliable internet and availability during US business hours
- Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision

Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with home services, security, HVAC, solar, or contractors
- Experience with retargeting campaigns
- Basic funnel or landing page experience
