We are looking for a high-caliber Executive Operations Assistant who acts as an execution amplifier for the CEO — someone who understands what’s happening, knows what needs to be done next, and makes sure things actually get finished.

Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of:
Executive support
Operations
Project execution
You will work directly with the CEO and be involved in core business execution, not surface-level admin work.
You are expected to:
Turn ideas into structured tasks
Turn tasks into real outcomes
Identify problems before being told
Push work forward across multiple parallel projects
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
1. Execution & Follow-Through (Core Responsibility)
Break down CEO directions into clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables
Track progress across multiple ongoing initiatives
Follow up relentlessly until work is truly completed
Identify blockers, risks, and delays early — and act on them
2. Project & People Coordination
Coordinate with remote tea
Communicate expectations, deadlines, and quality standards clearly
Detect inefficiency, stalling, or low accountability
Report clearly to the CEO on what’s working and what’s not
3. Structure & Systems
Help build SOPs, workflows, templates, and internal systems
Turn chaos into repeatable, scalable processes
Maintain organized documentation and execution frameworks
4. Information Filtering & Decision Support
Extract key points fro
Communicate in clear summaries — not long chat logs
Present facts, status, and your own recommended next steps
Who This Role Is For
You are likely a strong fit if you:
Have experience in startups, operations, execution, or project management
Are highly self-driven and don’t need constant supervision
Think clearly under pressure and prioritize well
Communicate concisely and logically in English (written & verbal)
Care about results, not appearances or busywork
Strong plus if you have experience with:
Remote teams and external vendors
ClickUp, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace
AI tools used to improve speed and efficiency
