YouTube Channel Manager & Video Editor (Full Setup + Ongoing Management)

Overview
We are launching a brand-new YouTube channel in the wellness/lifestyle space and are looking for a reliable VA to set up, manage, and run the YouTube channel end-to-end.

The creator will only film content and send raw footage. You handle everything else.

Responsibilities
• Set up a new YouTube channel from scratch
• Optimize channel bio, sections, playlists, and layout
• Edit raw video footage into YouTube-ready videos
• Create simple thumbnails and add titles/graphics
• Upload videos with SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and tags
• Schedule and publish content consistently
• Monitor basic analytics and report performance
• Keep the channel organized and on-brand

Creator’s Role
• Film content
• Send raw footage

Requirements
• Experience managing YouTube channels
• Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
• Understanding of YouTube SEO and best practices
• Organized, responsive, and self-directed
• Able to work with minimal supervision

Nice to Have
• Experience launching new YouTube channels
• Interest in wellness, beauty, or lifestyle content

Compensation
• Monthly retainer or per-video rate (based on experience)
