Marketing Assistant

We’re looking for a reliable Virtual Marketing Assistant to support content creation, outreach, and digital coordination. This role involves research, writing, podcast coordination, video posting, and SEO blog support.

Responsibilities:
-Research topics for LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and social media
-Draft and edit posts, captions, and short-form content
-Assist with blog editing and drafting using SurferSEO
-Outreach to podcast guests and manage guest communication
-Coordinate editing and posting of long-form and short-form video clips
-Research local events and help coordinate marketing efforts
-Organize content calendars, assets, and timelines

Requirements
-Strong written English
-Experience with content research and drafting
-Familiar with social media platforms
-Basic SEO experience (SurferSEO preferred)
-Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
-Comfortable with email outreach and coordination

Nice to Have
-Podcast or video content experience
-Legal or professional services marketing experience
