About Us
We are an all-female team running multiple online education brands. Preference will be given to female candidates. We value our team as family and when the companies to well, we all do well. Bonuses and raises are given based the on overall growth of our companies.

Our brands include:

-Success 9-1-1 – Training programs for 9-1-1 dispatchers and public safety professionals (24+ classes, each with 45–200+ videos).

-LezBeInSync: Unshakable Us – Coaching and education for lesbian couples who want to build strong, connected relationships.

-Rainbow Kids Preschool Online - Online Preschool honoring diversity. (This is our "next in line" project)

We produce a high volume of teaching, coaching, and marketing videos and are looking for a long-term, full-time Video Editor to join our team. Perfection is unrealistic but high-quality is our standard.

You’ll be working with content related to LGBTQ+ relationships, and public safety training.

This is a full-time role for candidates dedicated exclusively to our company (no other employers/clients).

Responsibilities:

Success 9-1-1 Course Library
-Review existing course videos and d ---------- which are usable, fixable, or need to be re-edited from raw Zoom recordings.
-Edit long-form training videos: cut mistakes, remove long pauses, clean audio, add simple branded elements (intro/outro, titles, lower thirds when needed).
-Ensure consistency of style and quality across each class.

New Course & Coaching Content
-Edit new Zoom recordings for both Success 9-1-1 and LezBeInSync from raw footage to final lesson.
-Deliver clean, student-ready lessons in agreed file formats and aspect ratios.

Short-Form Content (Reels/Clips)
-Create short clips/reels from longer trainings and coaching sessions for use on social platforms.
-Add captions, simple on-brand titles, and CTAs as needed.

File Organization
-Save all media, project files, and exports into our Dropbox with clear naming conventions.
-Ensure we can easily find and reuse files even if you’re away.

Tools You’ll Use
-Descript (primary for edits, captions, cleanup)
-CapCut or another editor for more detailed or short-form edits
-Canva (simple video edits, thumbnails, social assets)
-Zoom (source recordings)
-Dropbox (all working and final files stored here)
If you don’t know one of these tools yet but are experienced and a fast learner, you’re still encouraged to apply.

Requirements
-Excellent Written and Verbal English Skills
-Able to work full-time (40 hrs/week) and commit to only our employment.
-2+ years of video editing experience, ideally with online courses, coaching, YouTube, or similar.
-Confident editing long-form educational content and short-form vertical videos/reels.
-Strong eye for detail: smooth cuts, consistent audio, clean captions, and on-brand visuals.
-Comfortable using Dropbox.
-Comfortable working with LGBTQ+ relationship content.

Nice to Have
-Experience editing content for online courses or memberships.
-Basic knowledge of marketing/storytelling: choosing hooks, strong openings, and clear CTAs.
-Familiarity with task tools (Asana, ---------- , GoHighLevel, Skool etc.) is a plus.
