Supply Chain and Dispute Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager who also has expertise in managing payment disputes, specifically with PayPal and credit card transactions. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes alongside the ability to handle customer disputes and negotiate resolutions effectively. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

You will start with one ecommerce store and if its works out well you will manage 3/5 stores.

Must have experience in supply chain management, dispute management and dropship/ecommerce customer service. You work together with our CS manager.

Goal Dispute/Chargeback Management:
- Finding a resolution with customers while protecting revenue and payment processors
- Keeping payment processors satisfied
- Winning cases backed by evidence
- Protecting profit
- Lowering total refunded amount
- Healthy Dispute/Chargeback Rate
- Increasing the winrate
- Weekly a/b tests to improve winrate
- Keeping an empty mailbox

Goal Supply Chain Management:
- Price deduction
- Selling more then 1 item, ask for better pricing
- Order issues
- Out of stock
- Address issues
- Daily parcel panel check. Be ahead of things.
- Daily check status of all orders
- For example: attempted delivery but pickup point, we need to know directly and send to customer. Normally you wait for customer or supplier
- Check if product is +5 days on ‘in transit’. Send message to supplier
- Invoice checking
- Quality checking
