Customer Sales Representative (Dropshipping)

Job title: Dropshipping Customer sales representative

Work Type: full time on remote basis

Job description:

1) Independently source and develop dropshipping clients via LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other overseas social platforms.
2) Promote our dropshipping service advantages, negotiate cooperation terms and close deals to meet sales targets.
3) Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, follow up on after-sales needs and drive repeat orders & referrals.
4) Collect overseas market trends and competitor insights, provide actionable feedback to the team.

Requirement:

1) 1+ years of experience in overseas trade or social media customer development, dropshipping industry experience is a plus.
2) Proficient in at least one social media prospecting tool or method, with a proven track record of client acquisition.
3) Fluent in English, Chinese speaking is prioritized, for seamless communication with overseas clients.
Target-driven, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure.
