Client Success & Sales Assistant

We’re a fast-growing Australian services company working across NDIS, aged care, and private services. We’re looking for a Client Success & Sales Assistant to support sales follow-ups and manage post-sale client relationships.

What You’ll Do:

- Follow up leads and assist with closing
- Onboard clients after sale
- Conduct regular health checks with clients & support coordinators
- Maintain ongoing relationships post-service
- Update CRM (Zoho preferred)
- Flag issues, risks, or upsell opportunities

What We’re Looking For:
- Confident communicator (calls + emails)
- Organised, reliable, people-focused
- Sales or client care experience preferred
- Comfortable speaking with clients and professionals
