Expert Web Developer & Funnel Builder

We're looking for a full-time Funnel & Website Builder to support our fast-growing portfolio of real estate and marketing businesses.

Hourly Pay of $12 per Hour
Must be available during US Central Time (CST) working hours
Estimated hours per week: 10 hours per week

You’ll Be Responsible For:
Designing and building high-converting funnels in ClickFunnels (lead gen, webinar, opt-in, sales pages, etc.)
Creating and updating WordPress websites across multiple brands
Connecting platforms (CRMs, email platforms, scheduling tools, payment gateways)
Managing basic SEO, mobile optimization, and speed performance
Collaborating with our marketing team to design landing pages, thank you pages, and lead magnets
Tracking performance via Google Analytics, FB Pixel, and reporting tools
Maintaining consistent branding across all web assets
Troubleshooting and fixing tech issues quickly and proactively

Tools & Platforms You Should Know:
ClickFunnels (required)
WordPress (Elementor or similar builders)
Zapier / Make / other automation platforms
CRM integrations (Notion, kvCORE/BoldTrail)
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel

Email marketing platforms (Aweber)
Experience embedding and optimizing YouTube content is a plus

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
Copywriting for funnels and web pages
Experience building quiz, VSL, or application funnels
Basic video editing or design for thumbnails and banners
Familiarity with real estate lead gen or creator-focused funnels

Schedule & Availability:
Hourly Pay of $12 per Hour

This is a long-term role with growth opportunities across all three companies
