JOB OVERVIEW

I run multiple fast-growing businesses in the automotive and media space, and I’m looking for a high-performance Executive Assistant / Operator to work directly with me.

This is NOT a typical VA or admin job.
This role is for someone who wants to operate as my right hand, bringing structure, organization, and execution to a fast-moving environment.

If I supply vision and direction, you create order, completion, and ---------- ntum.

You’ll help me stay focused on sales, leadership, content, and growth, while you handle the operations, follow-through, communication, and systems behind the scenes.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
1. Time, Schedule & Communication Management

Manage my calendar with precision

Filter messages, emails, and follow-ups

Keep priorities clear and updated

Make sure I start and end each day with clarity


2. Light Content & Social Media Workflow Support

Turn my voice notes/ideas into captions or content outlines

Manage posting schedules and organize content pipelines

Coordinate with editors and track deadlines


3. Operational Execution & Systems

Turn ideas into systems, SOPs, checklists, and trackers

Build order inside tools like ClickUp / Notion / Google Workspace

Ensure projects move forward and don’t stall


4. Team Coordination & Accountability

Assign tasks

Follow up daily

Track progress

Close loops without needing me involved


5. Admin & Logistics Support

Help with basic personal admin (appointments, reservations, renewals)

Help with expense tracking and simple financial organization

Research tools, vendors, and opportunities

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

2+ years supporting a founder, CEO, or executive

Strong English communication

Experience building systems, SOPs, or workflows

Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders

Can think independently and solve problems

Comfortable holding others accountable

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

Rate depending on skill and experience

Full-time (40 hours/week)

Must overlap with U.S. Eastern Time for at least 4–8 hours

Long-term role with growth opportunities
