Search of a VA / Web Dev - HTML, Javascript, PHP, Project management skills

i am in search for a VA to help manage a project we have you will have random daily tasks of everything in our project in order to make sure it's running smoothly to doing basic web developer work ( buying domains, hosting the domains, setting up SSL cert, editing text within the pages if needed changed).
