Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven Social Media & Content Strategist to elevate our brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This role focuses on developing content strategy, planning and scheduling posts, editing short-form videos, and supporting brand storytelling for consistent community and business growth.

You must have strong creative instincts, understand trends, and be comfortable editing in CapCut.


Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute weekly content calendars aligned with brand goals.
• Research trends, audios, hashtags, and industry best practices to guide content.
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form formats for multi-platform use.

Video Editing & Creative Production
• Edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) using CapCut.
• Create graphics, carousels, and branded visuals for posts and stories.
• Write compelling captions that reflect brand voice and drive engagement.

Publishing & Engagement
• Manage posting schedules across all social media platforms.
• Assist with community management including comments, replies, and DMs when needed.
• Use analytics to measure performance, recommend improvements, and identify content opportunities.

Campaign Support
• Support brand launches, events, workshops, and partnerships with creative assets.
• Collaborate on ideas that strengthen brand identity and increase digital visibility.



Requirements
• Proven experience creating social media content across major platforms.
• Strong CapCut video editing skills (required).
• Ability to write clear, engaging, conversion-focused captions.
• Understanding of basic analytics (reach, engagement, retention).
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and follow brand guidelines.
• Strong creative mindset and attention to detail

Preferred Skills
• Experience using Canva or similar design tools.
• Understanding of digital branding, storytelling, and influencer-style content.
• Experience supporting entrepreneurs, influencers, or small business brands.


Growth Opportunity

This role has the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and brand needs. Bonuses may be awarded for content quality, engagement growth, consistency, and measurable results.
