Part-Time B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Zoho CRM) – Hourly + Performance Incentives

We are hiring a part-time B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to help schedule qualified facility walkthrough appointments for commercial cleaning services. This role includes outbound calling, follow-up emails, and accurate CRM updates in Zoho CRM. The goal is to consistently book appointments with the right decision-makers and keep the pipeline organized. Performance incentives may be added over time based on results and consistency.

Responsibilities

Make outbound B2B calls to targeted prospects (property management, facilities/operations, offices, etc.)

Use a provided script, handle objections, and schedule facility walkthrough appointments

Send follow-up emails and maintain a simple outreach cadence

Update Zoho CRM daily (call notes, dispositions, next steps, tasks)

Requirements

Proven B2B cold calling / appointment setting experience (service-based sales preferred)

Strong spoken and written English, professional phone presence

Comfortable using CRM systems (Zoho preferred)

Reliable internet, headset, and a quiet work environment

Able to work consistent calling blocks that overlap U.S. business hours (ET)
