Rise Home Buyers is a rapidly scaling real estate investment company managing a large volume of off-market transactions. We're seeking a highly reliable Virtual Transaction Coordinator with excellent communication and organizational skills who can operate in a fast-moving, high-accuracy environment.
This is a remote role, but you must be available on camera throughout the workday for meetings, live coordination, and internal team communication.

What You’ll Do
The Transaction Coordinator ensures every property under contract moves smoothly from acquisition to closing. You will communicate daily with sellers, buyers, attorneys, title companies, inspectors, vendors, and internal tea ---------- mbers. You will manage timelines, documentation, scheduling, compliance items, and all transaction tasks across multiple states.
This role requires professionalism, precision, urgency, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities


Seller & Buyer Communication:
Manage all seller and buyer communication, including introductions, weekly updates, coordination with title and Dispositions, and relaying all key dates and required documents throughout the transaction.


Vendor & Scheduling Management:
Schedule all vendor services, coordinate property access, and handle municipal requirement inquiries to ensure inspections and appointments are completed on time.


Title, Attorney & Compliance Coordination:
Manage all title and attorney-related communication, documentation, issue resolution, and compliance tracking to keep each transaction legally and procedurally on track.

Transaction Management:
Maintain a fully organized transaction board containing all documents, dates, certifications, and expenses to ensure every file is accurate, up to date, and ready for closing.


Closing Preparation & Follow-Through:
Prepare all closing documentation, coordinate final logistics, verify parties’ readiness, manage key transfer and utilities, and ensure smooth post-closing communication with all stakeholders.

What You Will Do
As the Virtual Transaction Coordinator, you are the operational backbone of our acquisitions and dispositions workflow. You will own every step of the transaction lifecycle—from the ---------- nt a contract is signed until the deal is fully closed. You’ll ensure timelines are met, communication is clear, documents are accurate, stakeholders stay aligned, and no detail falls through the cracks.
In this role, you will:
Manage 30+ active transactions with precision, urgency, and structure.


Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers, buyers, agents, attorneys, and title partners.


Identify bottlenecks early and proactively solve issues before they impact the closing timeline.


Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready transaction system and documentation trail.


Provide consistent updates and anticipate the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.


Represent Rise Home Buyers with professionalism, clarity, and compassion.

Success in this role is measured by your ability to move transactions forward smoothly, predictably, and with minimal friction. A successful Transaction Coordinator at Rise:

Consistently closes files on schedule—or ahead of schedule—by managing timelines proactively.


Catches errors before they become problems and escalates issues with solutions, not surprises.


Maintains exceptionally organized files, communication logs, and transaction records.


Builds strong working relationships with title companies, attorneys, vendors, and internal teams.


Reduces delays, improves efficiency, and contributes to a higher monthly closing volume.


Operates with ownership—treating every file as if it were their own.



Compensation
We offer competitive, experience-based compensation designed to reward reliability, accuracy, and high performance.
Compensation Package Includes:
Base Salary: $7.00/hr USD (depending on experience and transaction volume capability).


Performance Bonuses: Based on monthly closed volume, accuracy, and on-time file performance.

Qualifications
4+ years experience in real estate transaction coordination, title, or similar field (preferred).
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work with urgency while maintaining accuracy.
Excellent communication skills with Sellers, Buyers, attorneys, agents and vendors.
Proficiency with CRM/project management tools.
Comfort navigating municipal requirements and title documentation.
