We are now looking for a part-time video editor to join our team on an ongoing basis.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who can replicate our current editing style — clean, engaging, smooth pacing, and social-media-first. The right candidate should have:

Strong experience editing reels, short-form content, and construction/real estate videos

Ability to match our style, colour grading, pacing, and storytelling

Excellent communication skills and fast turnaround times

Ability to work with drone footage, interviews, B-roll, and match-cut sequences

Good understanding of trending audio, transitions, and pacing for Instagram Reels

A strong portfolio demonstrating similar past work (preferred)

Role Responsibilities

Editing short-form construction and real estate videos (30–60 sec reels)

Incorporating match cuts, transitions, and storytelling as required

Working with both drone and camera footage

Delivering polished social-media-ready videos within agreed timelines

Following brand guidelines and style references for each client

This is a long-term role, and we will provide regular, ongoing work each week.

Budget

???? $80-$100 per edit

Trial Task (Required)

All shortlisted applicants will be asked to complete a trial reel edit using sample footage.
Important:
Final files will only be requested if you are hired.
