JOB OVERVIEW

Do you love solving problems, helping people, and being a calm voice that makes someone’s day better? We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team from Renton, WA remotely! This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role where you’ll be the go-to person for customer questions, shipping hiccups, product know-how and more!

What You Will Be Doing:

~ Be the front line for customers (via email & chat at first, potential calls in the future).
~ Answer product and shipping questions, troubleshoot issues, and keep customers smiling.
~ Monitor returns
~ Monitor the rewards program.
~ Jump in and collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Billing teams to solve bigger challenges.
~ Document conversations so we can improve and spot trends.

What We’re Looking For:
~ Experience helping people—whether that’s in customer service, retail, or any fast-paced role where adaptability mattered.
~ Bonus points if you’ve got at least a year as a Customer Service Associate, especially in wholesale or similar industries
~ Must be expert level speaker and writer in English
~ High School Diploma required
~ Hours are based in Pacific Standard Time so availability for those hours is crucial.
~ Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
~ Working with integrity – may be handling sensitive information at times.

~ Comfortable with Microsoft Office, CRMs, VOIP phone systems, and email tools.
~ Strong communicator - clear, friendly, and professional in speaking and writing.
~ A natural problem-solver who can think on their feet.
~ Patient, empathetic, and able to keep calm when customers aren’t.
~ Organized and efficient - you know how to prioritize without letting details slip.
~ Team player who’s happy to work cross-department when needed.
~ Familiarity with the pre-roll/cannabis industry is a plus (but not required).

The Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST or similar
Location: Remote
Reports to: Customer Experience Manager
