We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to work closely with our development team across multiple software projects and technology stacks. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless user experience, maintaining product quality, and catching issues before they reach production. You will help build a culture of quality, consistency, and continuous improvement across all our applications.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and project leads to understand requirements and acceptance criteria for each feature or release.
Test multiple web and mobile applications with different technology stacks (e.g., Vue/Vuetify, Node/Express, MongoDB, React Native, etc.).
Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and regression testing suites.
Identify, document, and track bugs using our ticketing system; provide clear reproduction steps and impact details.
Conduct functional, UI/UX, compatibility, performance, and integration testing as needed.
Validate bug fixes and ensure resolution aligns with project requirements and user expectations.
Review user flows to identify usability issues and recommend improvements.
Participate in release readiness reviews to help ensure high-quality deployments.
Continuously look for opportunities to improve QA processes, automation, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Experience testing web and/or mobile applications across multiple platforms and browsers.
Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
Ability to quickly learn and understand different applications, architectures, and tech stacks.
Excellent communication skills—able to give precise feedback and work collaboratively with developers.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Notion, GitHub Projects, or similar.
(Nice to Have) Experience with automated testing frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Jest, etc.).
(Nice to Have) Experience testing REST APIs, verifying backend logic, and working with database-driven systems.
