We support military families and deliver top-quality workmanship. Now we’re expanding our marketing team with a true Google Ads pro.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Google Ads & LSA expert who can OWN our digital lead generation engine—from Search/LSA campaigns to landing pages, tracking, and optimization. Your mission: drive high-quality leads across our service lines at competitive CPLs.

What You’ll Do:
- Run and optimize Google Search & LSA campaigns
- Write high-converting ad copy
- Build/optimize landing pages (WordPress/Webflow/Unbounce)
- Perform keyword research, bidding, A/B testing
- Report weekly KPIs & insights
- Work with sales to increase booked appointments

What You Bring:
- 3+ years of Google Search & LSA experience
- Background in roofing/home services/exterior remodeling
- Strong analytics & conversion tracking skills
- Proven ability to hit CPL + lead volume goals
- Killer ad copywriting skills

Compensation:
Base Salary + Performance Bonuses tied to:
- CPL reduction
