Video Editing / Transcription / Repurposing support

I'm a video producer. I have my own video show, and make promotional videos for two charities, Engineers Without Borders (we have a project in The Philippines), Water For Kenya, as well as for TEDx Wilmington.

I need support via Adobe Premiere for video editing which would include: cutting footage, arranging footage, transcripting the audio into text, and finding visuals for some of the videos as well (images from online).
