Senior Full-Stack Developer

Role Summary
Develop and maintain core features across front-end and back-end components of the RTLS platform. Work on real-time tracking logic, device communication, workflows, and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
• Build responsive UI components and dashboards.
• Develop backend APIs and business logic to process RTLS events.
• Work with real-time data from Quuppa and Infrafon devices.
• Collaborate with support teams to resolve escalated technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews and advocate best practices.

Required Skills
• 5+ years full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency in React/Angular/Vue and Node.js or Python.
• SQL/NoSQL database experience.
• Strong debugging and optimisation capability.

Preferred RTLS Skills
• Experience with device integration, WebSockets, or MQTT.
• Understanding of positioning, telemetry, or sensor data.

KPIs
• Feature delivery speed.
• Code quality and low defect rate.
• Improved platform usability and performance.
