Are you a hungry, tech-savvy executor who thrives in chaos and wants to grow with a rapidly scaling agency?

Badhao Digital is hiring our FIRST black hat virtual assistant — a resourceful operator who can take over everything the founder no longer has time for. We’re currently managing 15 clients and expanding quickly, so we need someone who can figure things out fast, without hand-holding.

Internal Note: This is a Black Hat Ops / EA role — meaning no two days will be the same, and you’ll touch every part of the business.

What You’ll Own Daily
- Build out systems and SOPs around repetitive tasks
- Media Buying: Set up, launch, maintain, and duplicate FB/IG ads
- Content Creation: AI image generation, basic video editing (CapCut, Canva, Submagic, ElevenLabs)
- Client Communication: Respond to emails, follow up with leads, execute outbound scripts
- Client Onboarding: Set up new clients inside GoHighLevel, send onboarding forms, prepare workflows
- Data & Systems: Update marketing trackers, Google Sheets, dashboards, and internal boards
- Operations Support: Handle urgent, ad-hoc tasks that keep the business running smoothly

You Must Have
- Fluent English (written & verbal)
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager
- Comfortable with GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Google Calendar
- Video editing experience (CapCut, Canva preferred)
- A self-starter mentality — we don’t micromanage
- Agency or online business experience (big bonus)
