Job Overview:
The Social Media Manager (SMM) will manage our social media accounts, create engaging content, and support daily administrative tasks. This role requires creativity, organization, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and schedule posts on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, and Yelp Business.
2. Create engaging social media content that reflects the brand’s voice and values.
3. Monitor comments, messages, and reviews, responding professionally and timely.
4. Track social media metrics and prepare reports to optimize engagement.
5. Assist with email campaigns, customer follow-ups, and other administrative tasks as needed.
6. Support special campaigns or promotions for seasonal cleaning services.
7. Research trends, hashtags, and competitors to improve online presence.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a social media manager.
2. Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
4. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
5. Experience with the cleaning industry or service-based business is a plus.
6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
