CREATIVE STRATEGIST (VIDEO & IMAGE ADS)

ROLE
You are the creative mind behind high-performing ad creatives for our e-commerce brand in the health & beauty niche. Your job is to craft unique, scroll-stopping photo and video ads that convert, specifically tailored for European markets. You understand how to turn raw footage and ideas into compelling concepts that fit our funnels and brand voice.
Experience with e-commerce ads for the health & beauty niche is highly important.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating unique image ads, video edits, and creative concepts for health & beauty products
- Translating and adapting ads for European markets
- Identifying winning ad trends across social platforms
- Ensuring all creatives meet performance benchmarks and align with funnel strategy
- Collaborating with the manager to test, analyze, and optimize ad variations
- Maintaining a consistent creative style that fits the brand while continuously innovating
- Working independently, proactively solving problems and delivering without constant guidance

- Producing a steady flow of high-quality creatives (images + videos) each week
- Respecting deadlines
- Delivering assets that improve CTR, engagement, and conversions
- Contributing to scaling campaigns through creative testing
- Continuously upgrading your skills, workflows, and creative output
- Being a reliable part of a fast-moving team that values autonomy and results

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience creating e-commerce ads (health & beauty niche required)
- Strong portfolio showcasing video and image ads
- Experience adapting/translating ads for European markets
- Great command of the English language
- Capable of working independently with minimal revision cycles
- Fast and stable internet connection
- Strong eye for detail, marketing angles, storytelling, and conversion-focused design
- Skilled in editing tools of your choice
