Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Auto Sales & Credit Repair)

We are looking for a proactive Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to contact potential clients interested in the following services:

Car sales (buying a car)

Car rentals

Credit repair services

Concierge services

Black Car Service (specialized transportation for jewelers and business professionals)

*Responsibilities include:

Making outbound calls to leads from our Google Sheet, CRM, or lead lists provided

Following scripts to qualify clients depending on the service they need

Identifying client requirements (income, ID, down payment, credit status, location, service type, etc.)

Scheduling appointments or sending qualified leads to the correct department

Updating lead status and adding notes after each call

Managing follow-ups and maintaining consistent communication with potential clients

Daily reporting of calls made, contacts reached, and appointments scheduled

*Requirements:

Strong English speaking skills

Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, customer service, or telemarketing

Ability to handle multiple service types (auto sales, rentals, credit repair, concierge, black car)

Fast and stable internet connection

Quiet working environment

Comfortable making 150–250 outbound calls per day

Able to work U.S. hours (Central Time preferred)
