Freight Broker / Auto Transport Cold Caller & Virtual Assistant (Full-Time)

We are a U.S.-based auto transport and freight brokerage company looking for a reliable, long-term Cold Caller & Virtual Assistant to help us grow.

Your main tasks will be:

Call warm and cold leads (dealerships, body shops, auctions, private clients)

Follow up with shippers by phone, email, and WhatsApp

Help book vehicle transport loads with carriers

Gather shipment details (pickup/delivery address, vehicle info, dates, etc.)

Update spreadsheets/CRM with leads and booked loads

Send quotes and follow up until the load is booked

Basic customer service: answer questions, give updates to clients

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written English

Comfortable making outbound calls and talking to U.S. customers

Stable internet connection and quiet workspace

Able to work U.S. hours (Eastern Time)

Call center, sales, logistics, dispatch, or cold calling experience is a BIG plus

Willing to learn about U.S. auto transport and freight
