Lead Generators Needed (North America/Aus/East-Asia)

We are currently looking to hire a remote Lead Generators to target North American, Australian & New Zealand, and East-Asian businesses. You will be responsible with cultivating a list of leads to contact through web research, then contacting them and promoting our company. You will be required to identify key decision makers, then initiating correspondence via email.

Work hours are from 10 AM until 4 PM local time, with a 15 minute break. Lead Generators must be logged into a screen capture and time tracker software. All calls are recorded and all Lead Generators will be given a daily quota to meet.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Cultivate a list of leads to contact through web research.
Contacting prospective clients through cold calls, and promoting our company. Make follow up calls, as needed.
Identifying key decision makers, initiating correspondence via email or by phone.
Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM.
Qualify prospects over the phone using an established criteria.
Listen to and identify business needs.

Requirements & Qualifications
University Degree or College Diploma required.
At least 3 years of experience in telemarketing, lead generation, and/or appointment setting.
Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office programs, and internet usage.
Fluency in English (reading, writing, and comprehension), minimal accent is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills, with friendly and professional demeanor, and excellent phone etiquette.
Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
