VA for UGC Creator Outreach + Creative Assistant

We’re a US skincare brand working with many TikTok/IG creators.
I need a detail-oriented VA to help me find and manage creators.

You’ll be:

Finding TikTok & Instagram creators that match my avatar

Sending DMs using scripts (and customizing them slightly)

Tracking responses in Google Sheets (who replied, shipped, delivered)

Organizing videos in Google Drive once creators send content

You are:

Comfortable writing in English (no obvious grammar issues)

Very organized, love spreadsheets and checklists

Able to follow instructions and send daily updates

Pay:

Starting at $X/hr

bonuses for each creator that signs and delivers content
