Virtual Assistant for Broker Research & Outreach

Type of Work: Part-Time, 100% Remote
Salary: $450 - $600 USD per month (based on 30-hour work week at $3-$5/hour)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day within US Central/Eastern business hours.

Job Overview:
We are a moving company looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our brokerage growth. Your primary task will be to research moving brokers and initiate contact on behalf of Stanford Van Lines. This is a structured, research-heavy role perfect for someone who is methodical, enjoys finding information, and can communicate professionally.

Your Main Responsibilities:

-Broker Research & Data Entry - Find and verify licensed moving brokers using FMCSA's website, ---------- , Google, and company websites. Accurately extract and input contact details (company, contact person, phone, email, MC#) into our Airtable database.
-Outbound Communication - Make professional introductory calls to brokers you've researched, presenting yourself as calling from Stanford Van Lines. Follow up via email using provided templates.
-CRM Management - Meticulously log every call and email interaction in Airtable. Update contact statuses, notes, and follow-up dates to keep our pipeline perfectly organized.

Who You Are (Requirements):

-Excellent English Skills: Fluent spoken and written English is non-negotiable for professional calls and emails.
-Research Proficiency & Detail-Oriented: You must be an expert at online research, able to find accurate information from the specified sources and enter it without errors.
-Tech-Savvy & Organized: You are comfortable with or can quickly learn Airtable. You can manage a structured list of tasks and follow-ups systematically.
-Professional Phone Manner: You are confident, clear, and polite when making outbound calls.
-Setup: Based in the Philippines with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls.

Nice-to-Have (Not Required):

Prior experience in moving, logistics, real estate, or sales is a plus but not required.
