Photoshop Editor / Admin Support

Hello! 

We are Transmitter Images, a US-based (Chicago) real estate media company specializing in the creation of photos, videos and floorplans for real estate agents. We have been in business for approximately 5 years and are a team of 3 photographers, which includes our owner, Christian. 

We are currently seeking someone who can help with the following tasks:

- Review and submit files to our photo editors after photoshoots. Cull photos for the best options based on the real estate agent's order and mark up images for items to remove such as electrical cables and furniture clutter. We use a variety of editing sources, so you would communicate with our human editors as well as use our Ai software system (AutoHDR).

- Perform quality assurance checks on photos and videos received from editors for color accuracy, composition, and alignment. Intermediate Photoshop skills are needed for any additional editing (e.g., adjust room and wall colors).

- Review floorplan files and adjust text labels in our online vendor system (Cubicasa)

- Admin support in duties such as booking appointments in our system (HD PhotoHub), updating appointments as they get rescheduled, and delivering the final images to our clients (e.g., realtors).

- Lead generation for new business using our Instagram account to message new business prospects. This involves finding agents on Instagram (IG) in the local area, compiling a list of new leads for review, following/engaging with their IG content, sending them a templated sales message and monitoring the account for any replies/inquiries.

Our Requirements:

- Work during business operating hours of 8am and 5pm USA Central time

- A solid, reliable internet connection as we are in the business of transferring several media files on a daily basis 

- A computer capable of working in media applications such as Photoshop and online floorplan applications like Cubicasa

Pay is $5/hour

We are currently in our slow season and preparing for our busiest season that starts after January 1st.

The weekly amount of hours could range between 10-20 hours to start.
