Long-Term Marketing Automation Specialist (ManyChat + IG/FB/WhatsApp + GHL + n8n)

About Us:

YES SURF is building the #1 travel concierge and booking ecosystem in Siargao.
We help travelers find the perfect accommodations, surf lessons, island hopping, rentals, and tailored experiences.

We are looking for a long-term team member, not a one-time freelancer — someone who will grow with us and help build the automation backbone of YES SURF and SmartBookings 360.

? Role Responsibilities:

You will build and maintain our full automation system, including:

ManyChat Automations

Instagram DM funnels


Facebook Messenger funnels

WhatsApp Business API flows

Comment-to-DM (IG + FB)

Keyword-triggered flows

Segmentation + tagging

Lead capture and routing

Integrations

Google Sheets

GoHighLevel CRM

n8n or Make/Zapier

Webhooks & APIs

Customer Journey Flows

Traveler-type quiz

Accommodation matching

Experience selector (surf, tours, rentals, family-friendly, etc.)

Follow-up sequences

Upsell flows

AI-powered message handling

Operational Duties

Troubleshoot technical issues

Optimize conversion rates

Add new partner listings (villas, hotels, tours)

Maintain flow cleanliness and naming conventions

Collaborate with Pax directly

Help scale the YES SURF ecosystem

? Qualifications (Must Have):

? Proven experience with ManyChat (IG, Facebook, WhatsApp)
? Must show examples of real flows you built
? Experience with automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n)
? Experience with Meta Business Suite & asset permissions
? Experience with CRM (GHL preferred)
? Clean, organized flow-building style
? Excellent English communication
? Fast, reliable, proactive
? Wants a long-term role, not just a freelance gig

? Preferred Experience (Nice To Have):

Tourism/hospitality funnels

API experience

AI automation experience

Working with international teams
