We’re looking for a Delivery Management Assistant to help us make sure every customer order is shipped using the fastest and most reliable route.
This role is mainly about checking orders, choosing the best warehouse/vendor, setting ETAs, and keeping our team updated.

If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working behind the scenes to make operations run smoothly, this role is perfect for you!

What You’ll Do

Choose the best warehouse/vendor for each order

Help d ---------- the estimated delivery time (ETA)

Apply Shopify tags so customers get correct updates

Coordinate with our Operations VA & Support team

Monitor orders to avoid delays

Keep delivery information clear and accurate

- What We’re Looking For

Very good English communication

Strong attention to detail

Comfortable making simple decisions based on rules

Highly organized and reliable

Able to work U.S. Pacific Time (PST)

Bonus: Experience in logistics or Shopify (not required!)
