THE ROLE: Command. Own. Execute. This is not a passive support role; this is an executive partnership. We are seeking a decisive, autonomous leader to serve as the strategic right hand to the Founder of a consulting company for Abused moms struggling with their custody case. Your mission is to maximize the Founder’s output by ruthlessly prioritizing time, establishing robust systems, and ensuring swift, accountable follow-through on all initiatives.
Schedule: Starts at 25 hours/week with clear potential to grow into a full-time (30-40hr) leadership position based on performance.
Location: Remote (Philippines)

- Tech-Savvy: You master tools quickly (Zoho, Google Workspace, Zapier) to create efficiency.
KEY AREAS OF COMMAND
1. Executive Strategy & Gatekeeping
- Prioritization: Manage the Founder’s calendar and inbox to ensure zero wasted time. You are the strategic gatekeeper.
- Anticipation: Resolve needs before they arise. You think 3 steps ahead to keep the Founder proactive, not reactive.
- Rapid Communication: Draft high-stakes correspondence, meeting briefs, and client summaries with speed and precision.
2. Operational Mastery & Systems
- Build the Machine: Design, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for client onboarding, billing, and file management.
- Data Intelligence: Manage the CRM (Zoho) and dashboards to track project status.
- Bookkeeping a plus, but not required
- Team Oversight: Onboard contractors, track hours, and hold the team accountable to deadlines.
- Tech Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement automation (Zapier, etc.) to streamline workflows.
3. Project Execution & Client Success
- Ownership: Take full charge of client projects, ensuring all deliverables (declarations, exhibits, timelines) are accurate and on time.
- Drive Results: Facilitate team syncs focused on clear actions and verifiable next steps. Ensure zero drift from the plan.
- Quality Control: Uphold the standard of excellence in all client-facing documents and event executions.
4. QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ Years Experience directly supporting C-Level executives or Founders (Legal, Consulting, or Advocacy background preferred).
- Operational Expertise: Proven ability to build SOPs and manage complex projects without hand-holding.
- Tech Stack: Mastery of Google Workspace, Slack, Zoho (or similar CRM), and Project Management tools.
- Communication: Exceptional English verbal/written skills with the ability to command authority.

- Goal: Do you see yourself staying in a support role, or do you aim to grow into a Chief-of-Staff/Leadership position?
