We are building a highly efficient, automation-supported, systems-driven environment — and we need a Systems & Workflow Specialist to help construct and maintain the backbone of our operations.

Position: Systems & Workflow Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, highly organized problem solver who loves:
• building systems
• structuring workflows
• creating automations
• solving operational challenges

• supporting organizational excellence
• using AI tools to improve productivity

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, logic, and building long-term, scalable operational systems.

Responsibilities

Workflow & Automation
• Build and maintain Zapier automations
• Create workflow and approval processes within Slack
• Integrate Google Forms, Google Drive, Slack, and internal systems
• Test, troubleshoot, and debug automation issues
• Continuously improve workflow efficiency and stability

Systems Development
• Build structured, organized Google Drive systems (internal + client-facing)
• Establish naming conventions and folder hierarchy
• Create Google Forms with conditional logic
• Implement system improvements and new tools
• Document workflows and processes clearly for team use

Technical Support (Internal & Client-Facing)
• Assist staff and clients with system access issues (Drive, Forms, Slack, etc.)
• Resolve workflow problems or broken automations
• Maintain overall system reliability
• Train tea ---------- mbers on tools and workflow processes as needed

Continuous Improvement
• Analyze existing workflows for inefficiencies
• Identify areas needing adjustment or optimization
• Recommend system improvements and upgrades
• Research tools and automation solutions that may strengthen AXSIX
• Keep SOPs updated and easy to understand

Requirements

Technical Skills (Required)
• Experience with Zapier or similar automation platforms
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Forms, Sheets)
• Ability to design structured, logical, multi-step workflows
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving ability
• Skilled at organizing information and building clean systems
