About Us:
We are a dynamic and growing Digital Marketing company seeking a part-time Ads Manager to help us take our marketing efforts to the next level. This role has the potential to grow into a full-time position, and we offer bonuses for high-performing ads.

What We're Looking For:
* Experience: You have several years of experience managing ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Experience with TikTok ads is a big plus!
* Communication: You are highly communicative and can effectively convey ideas and strategies. We use slack for much of our communication and Whatsapp when necessary. We also, at times, need somone that can hop on a zoom with us and our clients to get them linked through meta, or do whatever is necessary for integration.
* Data-Driven: You understand the importance of trackable data to quantify leads and ROI.
* Detail Oriented: Someone that values the small details and ensures that projects are done to perfection
* Performance-Oriented: You thrive on creating ads that perform and are always looking to optimize for better results.
* Proactive: Someone that spots downward trends and issues BEFORE they happen and become a problem. Staying ahead of problems is very important.
* Graphic Design: We do have graphic designers in house but the ability to create images and/or video should the need require is a plus, although not necessary a determining factor.

* Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google PPC, Google LSA
* Slack, Whatsapp, Zoom
* Google Drive, Sheets, Docs
* Canva, Capcut, etc

Applications that might be helpful to have experience with:
* Tik Tok, X
* Go High Level
* Wordpress
* Photoshop, higher end graphic design/editing softwares
