Operations VA / Systems & Automation Specialist

We’re Offer Scalers, an agency helping top creators scale their funnels and high-ticket coaching programs.

We need a tech-savvy Ops VA who can build automations, manage CRM pipelines, maintain dashboards, and keep our systems running smoothly.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- GoHighLevel: funnels, forms, calendars, pipelines, workflows
- Zapier automations (multi-step)
- Google Sheets tracking dashboards
- Lead routing, reminders, notifications
- CRM organization + Smart Lists
- Commission tracking + light bookkeeping

Skills/Requirements
- Strong GoHighLevel experience (non-negotiable)
- Advanced Google Sheets
- Zapier experience
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Able to fix issues without hand-holding
