Here's just some of the criteria that this person would meet:

- Has their own computer and high speed Internet connection with a back up internet connection
- Speaks, Reads, and Writes great English (journalist background/training favoured)
- Can work from home without distractions.
- Can use Skype.
- Is willing to learn new things.
- Can easily be trained in other skills.
- Can work full time (40 hours per week - AUSTRALIAN TIME)
