Build world-class systems and workflows that allow nonprofit leaders to focus on their calling and the people they serve.

We are building a highly efficient, systems-driven, automation-supported environment — and we need a Technical Systems Builder to help construct and maintain the backbone of our operations.

Position: Technical Systems Builder

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, technical problem solver who loves:
• building systems
• organizing workflows
• creating automations
• solving problems
• bringing order and clarity
• supporting operational excellence
*Using AI tool to increase productivity

This role is ideal for someone who likes structure, logic, and long-term system-building.

Responsibilities

Automation & Workflow Building
• Build and maintain Zapier automations
• Set up Slack workflows and approval pipelines
• Connect Google Forms, Google Drive, Slack, internal systems
• Test and debug automation failures
• Improve workflows and efficiency over time

Systems Construction
• Build organized Google Drive structures (internal + clients)
• Establish folder naming conventions and hierarchy
• Create Google Forms with conditional logic
• Implement new tools and upgrades
• Document systems and workflows clearly for internal teams

Technical Support (Internal & Client-Facing)
• Assist staff and clients with access issues (Drive, Forms, Slack, etc.)
• Fix broken workflows or automations
• Maintain system reliability
• Help train tea ---------- mbers on tools when needed

Continuous Improvement
• Analyze existing workflows
• Identify inefficiencies
• Recommend system upgrades
• Research tools and automation methods that can strengthen AXSIX
• Keep SOPs updated and clear

Requirements

Technical Skills (Required)
• Experience with Zapier or similar automation platforms
• Experience with Google Workspace (Drive, Forms, Sheets)
• Comfortable building structured workflows
• Skilled in troubleshooting and logical problem-solving
• Ability to organize systems and information clearly
