Amazon Operations Virtual Assistant – Full Time

We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company selling on Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and eBay. We manage multiple brands and a large product catalog in the nutrition, wellness, and handmade categories. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Amazon Operations VA who can support daily Seller Central tasks and help streamline backend operations.

You will handle day-to-day Amazon backend tasks, including:

Fixing stranded, inactive, and suppressed listings

Creating and managing FBA + AWD shipments

Reconciling shipments and filing investigations

Variation setup (parent/child creation)

Daily account health checks

Managing FBM orders (when needed)

Creating flat file templates & uploading them

Monitoring inventory levels and restock alerts

Tracking reimbursements for lost/damaged units

Competitor tracking and pricing updates

Light customer service responses
