Etsy Listing Assistant (Mockups, ZIP Files, Uploading Drafts) – Long-Term

I run a fast-growing Etsy digital art shop and need a reliable virtual assistant to help turn my artwork into finished Etsy listings.

You do NOT create the artwork.
I will provide the images and colour variations.

Your job is everything after the artwork is created:

YOUR TASKS

Create mockups (nursery-style, clean, modern)

Create all print sizes (4×5, 5×7, 8×10, A4, A3, etc.)

Create ZIP files for each listing

Organise files in Google Drive

Create colour bundles, trios, and mega bundles

Upload listings as drafts on Etsy

Fill titles, tags, and descriptions using templates

Maintain a spreadsheet of listings completed


This is ongoing work for the right person.

PAY STRUCTURE

We reward reliability, speed, and quality.

TRIAL PERIOD (Approx. 33–40 hours)

£2.50 per hour

£100 total trial budget

You will follow a small test before the full trial begins


AFTER TRIAL (Months 1–6)

£3.00 per hour

Based on consistent quality and reliability


AFTER 6 MONTHS

£4.00 per hour

Requires high-quality work, good communication, and meeting productivity targets
(8–10 finished listings per hour)


All pay increases are performance-based.

Must be organised and detail-oriented

Good English communication

Experience with Etsy listing uploads is a big plus

Must follow instructions carefully

Fast and reliable worker

Must have stable internet

HOW THE TRIAL WORKS

You will receive 5 animals with 5 colour variations each.

Your test will include:

5 single listings

2 colour bundles

1 trio listing

1 mega bundle

Mockups, ZIPs, sizes, titles/tags

Uploading everything as drafts to Etsy


If successful, you will continue the full £100 trial.
