ADA Legal Team, LLC is seeking a full-time Legal Litigation Specialist to support our high-volume national ADA Title III practice, focused on website and physical-barrier cases. This role is fully remote and designed for professionals outside the United States who have strong legal research, drafting, and case-management skills and who are eager to learn our specialized ADA processes. You will work closely with and under the supervision of our U.S. attorneys, assisting in the full lifecycle of litigation.
Responsibilities include:
– Drafting complaints, demand letters, motions, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and other litigation documents
– Reviewing WCAG audit materials, violation summaries, and physical-barrier reports to prepare filings
– Managing case timelines, deadlines, calendars, and task lists across numerous litigation matters
– Preparing detailed violation descriptions and written analysis for inclusion in pleadings
– Coordinating service of process, tracking filings, and organizing all documents within our internal systems
– Conducting legal research (case law, procedural rules, ADA/WCAG issues) and summarizing findings
– Assisting in preparing responses to motions to dismiss and other defense filings
– Supporting our U.S. attorneys with litigation strategy, document preparation, and ongoing case development
– Maintaining clean, well-organized case files, exhibits, and evidence libraries
Qualifications:
– Experience in litigation drafting, legal research, case management, or paralegal/legal specialist work
– Strong written English and the ability to prepare clear, accurate, litigation-ready documents
– High attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to manage many active matters simultaneously
– Ability to learn ADA Title III and WCAG-based litigation workflows (training provided)
– Comfortable working fully remotely with daily coordination inside our task and document systems
– Not required to be licensed in the United States; international applicants encouraged
