Responsibilities:
Video Editing (Primary Task):
• Create reels from footage provided via Google Drive
• Edit videos using CapCut
• Add captions, heavier text, titles, transitions, music, and sound effects
• Follow our existing brand style while occasionally creating trend-based reels with approval
• Repurpose longer clips into shorter versions when needed
• Keep video files organized and labeled in Google Drive
Scheduling and Content Tasks:
• Schedule finished reels to
• Write captions that fit our brand voice (simple, friendly, not sales-focused)
• Research and include 6–10 relevant hashtags for each post
• Maintain a basic content calendar and posting schedule
• Track what has been posted and what is upcoming
Administrative Tasks:
• Organize footage, content folders, and editing materials
• Keep files and content assets neatly structured and accessible
Requirements:
• Strong English writing and communication skills
• Experience editing short-form videos such as reels or TikToks
• Proficiency with CapCut
• Ability to match an established brand style
• Ability to incorporate trending formats when approved
• Strong organizational skills
• Reliable communication and timely execution of tasks
• Experience scheduling content through Meta Business Suite
• Understanding of basic social media analytics
• Interest in marketing or organic social media growth
Hours:
10–20 hours per week, depending on workload, with the potential to increase over time.
