General Description: Contribute to the success of a real estate company through home-based work via our online systems: 1.) increase accuracy and timeliness of company work flow, property & customer information; 2.) effectively market new properties and cultivate new clients via our website and other real estate-related social media; 3.) support technology needs through troubleshooting and fine-tuning computer systems as needed.
These are permanent, full time positions (40+ hours per week)with emphasis in Systems, Marketing, and/ or Technology. We expect to hire 1-2 new people within weeks (Nov 2012). Previous experience on real estate is a plus but not required. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, responsive to changing needs, and open to learning new skills. Reading, writing and speaking fluent American English is required. You also must have a reliable computer with unlimited access to high speed internet.
Specific duties include:
* Enter & update property, client & customer information into internal system as well as public and shared sites as required.
* Maintain internal email & tasking systems.
* Manage and update the company website/blog
* Review and follow up on required information on Real Estate Purchase Agreement.
* Establish individual property utility services and city registrations if needed.
* Update and maintain company database as well as our real estate company information in our client databases.
