Responsibilities

Respond to customer emails through our chat system in a polite, clear, and professional manner
Communicate customer concerns or updates with the team promptly
Use internal tools to assist in research, drafting messages, and managing tasks
Maintain transparency in all workflows, including reporting issues and providing regular task updates Represent the brand with professionalism and consistency
