LLM-Driven Senior Accountant / Bookkeeper

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

We are looking for a high-level Accountant/Bookkeeper who combines strong accounting expertise with the ability to use LLMs (Large Language Models) to enhance bookkeeping accuracy, efficiency, and reporting quality.

Responsibilities:
-Full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting (AP, AR, reconciliation, monthly close)
-Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready financial records
-Use LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to streamline tasks, detect inconsistencies, and improve reporting
-Prepare financial statements, cash flow reviews, and forecasting
-Continuously improve accounting workflows for accuracy and speed

Requirements:
-5+ years of accounting or senior bookkeeping experience
-Strong skills in reconciliation, reporting, and financial accuracy
-Advanced understanding of LLMs and how to integrate them into accounting workflows
-Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms
-Excellent English communication and attention to detail

Preferred:
-CPA or relevant certification
-Experience creating LLM-assisted templates, processes, or systems
