About the Role

We’re hiring a Creative Specialist (Graphic Designer & Video Editor) to create high-impact ads, brand assets, and marketing materials for both clients and our agency. You’ll bring ideas to life through stunning visuals that capture attention and drive conversions.

This is a long-term, full-time role where your creativity will directly contribute to client success.

Who We’re Looking For

A creative professional who is:

- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- Innovative and able to turn ideas into compelling visuals
- Experienced in designing/editing content for social media, ads, and web
- Detail-oriented with strong visual consistency
- Organized, independent, and reliable
- Goal-driven and able to deliver high-quality outputs on time
- A strong team player who collaborates well with others
- If you create scroll-stopping graphics and thumb-stopping videos, you’re exactly who we want.

What You Will Do

As our Creative Specialist, you will:
- Serve as the primary visual content designer/editor for 7FSMP
- Produce high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Google, and Instagram
- Create branding kits, layouts, marketing templates
- Build conceptual designs and video assets for internal campaigns
- Edit and refine images/videos to meet performance-focused standards
- Maintain and improve brand guidelines for clients and the company
- Ensure consistency across all visual platforms
- Stay updated on the latest creative trends, tools, and techniques
- You’ll be producing work that gets seen by thousands—sometimes millions—of people.
