Graphic Designer - Greek Life Apparel (Print on Demand)

About Us

We're a growing e-commerce brand specializing in Greek life apparel—fraternity and sorority clothing and merchandise. We're looking for a talented graphic designer who understands Print on Demand and can bring our product ideas to life.

The Role

You'll be our Product Designer, creating apparel designs (t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, etc.) that resonate with our Greek life audience. You'll work closely with our Creative Strategist who will brief you on what to design based on trends and data.

What You'll Do:

Design apparel graphics for Print on Demand products (t-shirts, hoodies, hats, etc.)
Create production-ready files with proper specifications for POD platforms
Follow creative briefs from our Creative Strategist on design direction, themes, and concepts
Design variations of winning concepts for A/B testing
Create product mockups for our website and ads
Stay on top of design trends in the Greek life/streetwear space
Manage design files and organize assets properly
You're a Great Fit If You Have:

? 2+ years experience with Print on Demand design (Printful, Printify, or similar platforms)
? Strong understanding of POD file requirements (resolution, color modes, placement, bleed)
? Experience designing apparel graphics (t-shirts, hoodies, hats, etc.)
? Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (or equivalent)
? Understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
? Ability to work from creative briefs and take direction
? Fast turnaround time while maintaining quality
? Strong portfolio showing apparel/POD work
Bonus Points:

Knowledge of Greek life culture, fraternities, or sororities
Experience with streetwear or urban fashion design
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools
Experience creating social media graphics
