Responsibilities:
• Engage with fans through chat
• Maintain brand-approved tone and guidelines
• Create short, engaging replies
• Meet daily/weekly response targets
• Work within deadlines

Qualifications:
• Excellent English communication skills
• Creative, fast typer, and good at conversations
• Can work independently
• Experience in customer engagement is a plus
