About Velomix
Velomix is a high-performance, innovation-driven fitness brand and the #1 best-selling protein shaker brand on Amazon US.
We dominate the shaker bottle category on Amazon US and are expanding into new channels like TikTok Shop.
We’re now building TikTok Shop into a serious growth channel and looking for a dedicated operator to own it end to end.

Role Overview
This is a full-time, remote role mainly focused on TikTok Shop and TikTok-related work, with additional support on email, Instagram, and YouTube.

You will:
-Make Velomix look world-class on TikTok Shop (storefront, listings, offers).
-Drive sales via creators, influencers, and UGC.
-Handle TikTok Shop operations and customer interactions.
-Support basic tasks in email marketing and other social channels.

You are part operator, part marketer: comfortable with checklists, data, and dashboards, but also with creators, content, and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

-TikTok Shop (Main Focus)
*Own the TikTok Shop storefront:
Create and optimize product listings (titles, images, videos, descriptions, bundles).
Keep catalog, pricing, and stock status accurate and aligned with our Amazon offers.

-Influencer & creator outreach:
*Build and maintain a pipeline of TikTok creators who fit the Velomix brand.
*Handle outreach, negotiation, seeding, and tracking of creator content.
*Prepare simple briefs so creators know how to showcase Velomix (key hooks, features, angles).
*Daily operations & customer support on TikTok Shop:
*Monitor orders, disputes, returns, and messages.
*Respond to customer questions in a timely, professional, and on-brand way.
*Escalate any issues (shipping, quality, policy) to the operations team with clear notes.
*Performance tracking & reporting:
Track views, clicks, orders, and creator performance.
Prepare simple weekly reports with: what worked, what didn’t, and proposed tests.

-Other Channels (Support Work)
*Email marketing support:
*Help draft basic email campaigns and flows (launches, promos, content updates) using existing templates and brand voice.
*Prepare assets and coordinate with designers when needed.

-Instagram & YouTube support:
*Help schedule and publish content (shorts/reels, product clips, UGC).
*Keep bios, links, and highlights up to date.
*Collect best-performing TikTok content and coordinate repurposing to other channels.

Requirements

Must-Have
-1–2 years of hands-on experience with TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms (for an e-commerce or DTC brand).
-Strong operational skills: you like checklists, keeping things updated, and closing loops.
-Comfortable doing influencer outreach (DMs, email, spreadsheets, follow-up).
-Excellent written English; able to write short, clear, on-brand replies and briefs.
-Good understanding of TikTok culture, hooks, and what makes content perform.
-High attention to detail (pricing, links, stock status, coupon settings, etc.).
-Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely with an international team.

Nice-to-Have
-Experience with fitness / gym / supplements brands or personal interest in training.
-Basic experience with email tools (e.g., Klaviyo, MailerLite) and social schedulers.
-Experience coordinating with designers / video editors.
-Familiarity with Asana, Slack, and Google Sheets/Docs.
